Finding products and requesting a quote

What this page is for

Finding Telewave products by specification and asking for a quote. If you are not sure which products a system needs, ask for a free engineering review instead; you do not need a quote first.

Before you start

  • Have your operating frequencies in MHz, and any part numbers you already know.

Steps: finding products

  1. From Products, choose a product type, for example Base Station Antennas.
  2. Type a model or SKU into Search by model or SKU, the search box at the top of each product list, or use the filters in the left-hand column (on a phone, under the Filters button). The filters depend on the product type: for antennas they are the frequency range (From and To, in MHz), the antenna family, the radiation pattern and a minimum gain in dBd. Clear all removes every filter.
  3. In the toolbar above the list, use Sort by (frequency, gain, name or price) and Show to arrange the list, and switch between table and card view.
  4. View Details opens a product’s key specifications, its datasheet, Ask a Question and Open full page.
  5. To weigh products against each other, choose Compare on each one.
  6. Save search, My saved, CSV, Print and Share sit in the same toolbar as Sort by, Show and the table and card view buttons, above the list and below the search box. Save search keeps the current filters; My saved lists the searches you kept. CSV, Print and Share work on the list as filtered.

Steps: requesting a quote

  1. On the product’s full page, set the quantity and choose Add to Quote.
  2. Open the Quote Cart. Change a quantity in its box, or remove a line with ×.
  3. To keep this set of products for later or send it to a colleague, name it under Save & share this quote build.
  4. Export CSV downloads the cart for your records. Clear Quote Cart empties it.
  5. Choose Proceed to Submit Quote. Give your name and email (required), and your company, the date you need the products and any comments.
  6. Optionally open Add engineering details and give frequencies, the site environment and mounting preferences, so an engineer can check the configuration.
  7. Choose Submit Quote Request.

Reading the result

Frequencies, gain and other figures in the list come from each product’s datasheet. The quote request lists every item and quantity you sent; Telewave replies by email, usually within 1–2 business days.

Limits

  • A quote request is not an order.
  • The search matches specifications; it does not check that parts work together in a system.
